Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Word Quest ("the App", "the Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
By accessing or using Word Quest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Word Quest ("we", "us", "our").
Word Quest is a completely free mobile word search puzzle game. The App provides themed word search puzzles, daily challenges, and progression systems. All content is available at no cost with no ads and no in-app purchases.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

All content, features, and functionality of Word Quest — including but not limited to the game design, visual design, graphics, animations, audio, text, word lists, puzzles, and software code — are the exclusive property of Word Quest and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Word Quest name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Word Quest. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Any virtual items within the App, including but not limited to hints, experience points, levels, and stars, are provided for free, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tangible goods. We reserve the right to modify, manage, regulate, or eliminate virtual items at our sole discretion.
Game progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of game data due to device failure, app deletion, operating system updates, or any other cause.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed fifty US dollars ($50.00).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Word Quest and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Word Quest regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
